UX Designer with 15+ years of commercial experience in making applications and software used for internal and external use.
Software Developer & Engineer with 10+ years of commercial experience, specializing in front-end design systems and micro-frontends.
Mostly now working with-in the ReactJS Eco-system, but also continue to work on micro embeddable platforms (Vanilla JS) and traditional front-end projects.
Over the years i've been leading design or development in projects with: Sport050, Jagex, Curse, Marti Pellow, NPO, Vorm, Mensenlinq, WebsiteBuilder, HostGator and many more.
Some of these platforms reaching millions of unique visitors per month, or tools used by internal development teams to speed up and standardize their development process.
I'm quality, commercially and efficiency motivated, I also want to continue to grow, while also spreading my knowledge and experience where i can.
I do not believe in simply telling others what or how to do things.
Rather i prefer facilitating the conversation and team to make informed decisions that has a positive outcome on their work and project(s).
Likewise i'll always be there to assist the team with blockers, solutions or anything else, as and when needed.
